There is no fee to use and access the Pioneer Payment Portal; however, there is a transaction fee should you choose to make an online payment.
If you pay using your bank routing and account number, there is a one-time $0.50 transaction fee added to the total payment (this is less than the cost of a first-class postage stamp!).
If you pay using a debit card, there is a 2.49% + $0.30 transaction fee added to the total payment.
We currently accept one-time ACH payments using your checking or savings account, or we accept payments made with a debit card. We do not accept credit card payments.
