About the Role
As a Land Sales Professional, you'll work directly with customers interested in purchasing land, homes, and investment properties across Oklahoma. You'll build relationships, conduct property showings, manage leads, and guide buyers through the purchasing process from first contact to closing. This is a performance-driven role with significant earning potential and a clear path for advancement. Key Responsibilities •Generate opportunities through social media, referrals, community engagement, and relationship-building •Respond to inbound leads and customer inquiries •Conduct property showings •Adopt a stewardship mindset over our properties, maintaining active visual oversight of things like signage, mowing, and maintenance needs •Consistently manage and maintain sales pipeline activity within CRM systems •Guide customers through contracts and the closing process •Collaborate with team leadership to achieve individual and company sales goals •Maintain accountability to activity, follow-up, and performance expectations Qualifications •Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence decisions and build trust •Highly self-motivated and responsive •Comfortable utilizing social media, CRM systems, technology, and sales tools •Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to team expectations •Marketing or real estate experience preferred •Willingness to pursue real estate licensing
